Do I need to confirm my service?

YES! A text message will be sent our 2 days prior to your service. Please reply Y to confirm your booking.

What if I am unhappy with my hair?

Please contact us ASAP. Platinum guarantee all our services for a 7 day period from the service date.

Is parking available at your salon?

We have parking available directly outside our space.
